Additional Information:	Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Review business requirements and understand the business context for which the services will be developed? Be able to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Validate functional specifications with both Business and IT and obtain sign-offs before commencing design and development. Analysis, Design and Development of new enterprise services (e.g. JMS or SOAP over HTTP). Define and implement testing strategies (eg. unit, regression) for new and/or existing services. Responsible for producing all relevant artifacts associated to the SDLC (Service Development Lifecycle)? The individual will need to produce both High Level and Low Level Design Specifications and have these signed off by Enterprise Architecture and Application Architecture teams? Individual will be responsible for insuring that service implementations conform to the S&P overall architectural SOA strategy and best practices. Release management: coordinating and deploying services to their respective environments (Dev, Test, QA, UAT, Prod)Interact with both on-site and potentially offshore consulting resources working on same project. Lead and provide guidance to other developer resources, if necessary. Ability to identify technology risks and mitigation strategies? Be able to provide work effort estimates for purposes of identifying resource gaps and/or project schedule risk. Keep stakeholders and management abreast of key design decisions that may impact project deliverables. Keep management informed of potential slippages and/or unforeseen issues encountered during the course of the project
